KianaKinetics is a practice located in East London, South Africa. We help children develop physical coordination, strength, stability and confidence through specialised movement sessions — because EVERY child should feel capable and joyful in their body.

Kinderkinetics is a specialised movement and development program designed to help children build the physical, emotional, and cognitive skills they need to thrive. Through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities, Kinderkinetics focuses on developing coordination, balance, motor skills, confidence, and a love for movement in a supportive environment.
At the heart of Kinderkinetics is the belief that every child deserves encouragement, patience, and personalised attention to help them reach their full potential. With a caring and passionate approach, Kiana creates a positive space where children can grow, learn, and develop with confidence while families feel supported every step of the way.

It uses structured, fun, and purposeful movement activities to help children develop strength, coordination, stability, and motor skills. Whether your child is struggling with physical coordination, needs extra support with gross motor development, or could just benefit from a confidence boost — KianaKinetics meets them where they are and helps them grow.

Kiana is a qualified and experienced pediatric movement therapy specialist who is passionate about helping every child reach their physical potential.
We offer two ways to participate — pick what works best for your child and your family.
Available at select partner schools as an extramural activity. Group sessions focus on fun, social movement-based activities that build coordination and confidence.
Parents enrol directly — no school involvement required.
Individual remedial movement therapy sessions tailored specifically to your child's needs. Sessions take place at our private practice in East London.
Ideal for children who need targeted, individualised support.
